If you are an owner, resident, or tenant within the boundaries of the Bayside Village BID, that makes you entitled to be a member. Being a member empowers you to vote at our annual meetings and to participate in the processes of the BID. It also ensures that you receive all of our announcements and important notices. While the Annual Meeting is open to the public, only registered qualified Members of the Bayside Village BID may vote at the meetings or nominate future officers so please fill out this form so you can begin the process and start to get counted,
be in the loop and “Get In On It !”.

There are three membership categories. You may only register in one of the following classes of membership:

Class A for Property Owner: One representative of the owner of record for each commercial property in the District is entitled to register as a Class A member.

Class B for Commercial Tenant: One representative of the principal of each commercial tenant or business in the district is entitled to register as a Class B member.

Class C for Residential: People who reside in the district are entitled to register as Class C members.

There is no registration fee, just check the appropriate category below and return this registration form to Lyle Sclair at the BID office or register on-line at http://www.BaysideVillageBID.com . It may also be returned by fax (718 423-1464 ), mailed to the BID office at 213-38 40th Ave., Bayside, NY. 11361 or emailed to baysidevillagebid@verizon.net.
